Network Contract Solutions provides clients the ability to outsource additional processing of agreements to Network Contract Solutions at any time after the initial implementation. For example, if our client acquires a company, then our client may utilize our services to add all of the acquisition agreements to their Ncontracts™ database.

Many clients are concerned with whether or not they have all the agreements from their vendors. Network Contract Solutions provides clients with a turnkey confirmation service in order to obtain additional agreements or confirm that the client has all of their vendor agreements. We begin by obtaining the names and contact information for our client’s payables from their accounting system. We then compare the list of payables to the contracts stored within Ncontracts™. For all payables without an agreement within the Ncontracts™ system, we will contact the vendor to obtain a copy of the agreement or to confirm that no agreement exists. Network Contract Solutions will report all of the results back to our clients.
